Had a great weekend just outside London !
Stayed with some lovely friends we met in Zakynthos on hols.
Went up to Covent Garden by rail passing The Valley and Deptford.
The hairs stood up on the back of my neck and felt all goosepimply !
Such a nice comforting feeling to be passing by where it all started.
One half of the lovely couple we stayed with, Paul, used to hang around with Chris Difford between the ages of 11 yrs and 18 yrs and he said he remembers going to Chris' room to listen to Donovan records !

Corina, thanks for a wonderful site! Wifey and I saw Glenn last night at 'The Beachland Ballroom' here in Cleveland, and I made the comment 'they sure don't make musicians like this anymore' to my wife! Glenn was mesmerizing talentwise/performance-wise, and his humor and blurbs were an absolute RIOT!!! This was first class entertainment all the way. I think even the cop sitting in his car on the street outside the venue enjoyed Glenn's 'singing bard' surprise walkabout outside on the sidewalk and street!!! It will take us a while to 'come down' from this one!!!
